Generative artist Soomin Lee discovers beauty in the regular and organic forms of nature. Nature holds inherent rules — periodicity, congruence, and self-similarity. She translates these rules into logic that computers can understand, and form emerges on its own from the execution of that logic. By translating nature-inspired rules into an aesthetic language, her work draws viewers into a deep sense of immersion.
